One of the EASIEST way to get business is taking a Responsibility.
Taking a Responsibility, whether it is in BNI or in your Community HELPS your business GROW.

Let me explain..
These responsiblities are actually an opportunity to gain more EXPOSURE and visibility.
Being highly visible, your chances of Referrals increases.

Hence taking up roles will make sure you are VISIBLE
This in turn starts getting you referrals and increasing your chances of doing more business

Like for example, our Nandkumar Sir....since he was the co-ordinator for our
Socials...he followed up with each member and requested, persuaded them to join

This way....Nand Kumar Sir too  learnt new techniques of Persuation Skills and more than that he was also  able to Network, develop his Communication skills, gain Confidence..
Even develop patientce.....

Thus, taking a responsibility helps you in lots of ways...
Not only will it help you in the skills I just mentioned but also increase your visibility, increase your bonding and by default, the business will automatically increase.

Very soon, new Leadership Team will be in place in about a month's time.

Now...2018 was good but how about making 2019 not just good but GREAT....

I WAITED FOR AUDIENCE TO RAISE THEIR HANDS......

To get GREAT business..you just need to do your Basics right and in that 2-3 points specifically. 



One could be giving a great 30 Sec presentaion, 
or doing a Powerful 8 Min Feature Presentaion 

but  my dear friends...

NOW SHOWED  A GLASS JAR WHICH HAS TEA BAG AT THE BOTTOM, COFFEE SACHET, GEMS, BISCUITS AND LOTS OF CHOCOLATES WITH  A CADBURY AT THE TOP.....

NOW....STARTING AGAIN...SIMULTANEOUSLY OPENING THE GLASS JAR...I continued.......

In your 30 Sec when you ASK for a Connect ....it is 1 Single Connect.....so 
(OPENING THE JAR), I offered the Oreo Chocolates to a Member.....



In your Feature Presentation, you are ASKing for 2-3 Connects, maybe even 7-8 connects....(again Showed the Jar)....

But, the issue is...I have the TEA SACHET which also is required by you. 

But, since I don't know that you require..I am not offering you 

But in a 121....this happens 

(POURED OUT ENTIRE CONTECTS OF THE JAR AND HAND OVER THE TEA BAG TO ONE MEMBER)

The Tea Bag which is stuck at the bottom actually reaches one who requires it....
Because the 121 lets the member know ALL the connects and referrals the other person has access and he/she can pick the one which they searching...

So....in 2019, my friends, you need to do more and more of 121s

AT THIS JUNCTURE....I TURNED TO VISITORS AND Told THEM THAT 121 IS WHERE MEMBER MEETS ANOTHER MEMBER IN EITHER'S OFFICE TO KNOW ABOUT EACH OTHER AND
I now TURNED TO MEMBERS AND CONTINUED...



We CONNECT to people when we start talking about our Families and the very intelligently designed DANCE CARD''s 1 sheet itself about our Bio Sheet where we talk about our Spouse, Children and once the Family is invoked, an instant Connect is established. 

Yes..

We all are short on Time and the actual 121 of 2-3 hours may not be possible every time......
however, there are 3 questions which YOU SHOULD ASK your Chapter Member with whom you are doing 121 with....

NOW I TURNED TO A  MEMBER....AND ASKED THE 3 QUESTIONS....>

Yes...(MEMBER NAME)..."What business/profession are you in"

WAITED FOR MEMBER TO ANSWER

"Great.....How does a Customer benefitted using your product instead of the regular ones that are there in the Market"

AGAIN WAITED FOR MEMBER TO ANSWER


"Perfect.....what kind of Connects you are looking for from my side"

ONCE AGAIN WAITED FOR MEMBER NAME TO ANSWER


NOW TURNED TO OTHER MEMBERS AND CONTINUED..


"That was wonderful...isnt it?.....see just 3 quick questions and I sort of came to know not only what MEMBER NAME does, but how it benefits users and the exact connect he is looking for"

"So....friends, do more of 121s.....and a Definite Quality Referral is surely on the way and would get you more business..

So....2019 BNI YAGHNAA should break all the previous records of 121s done and the Business Record will be broken by Default"
